Al SXSW 2022, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO di Meta, ha dichiarato che presto su Instagram arriveranno gli NFT. Non ha spiegato i dettagli, ma probabilmente ci sarà la possibilità di coniarli.
“Stiamo lavorando per portare gli NFT su Instagram a breve termine“, queste le parole di Zuckerberg, come riportate da Engadget, che traccia una linea che sarà seguita a breve, senza però scendere nei dettagli di come tutto questo verrà messo in pratica.
La cosa su cui Zuckerberg si è soffermato è che gli utenti, una volta che gli NFT saranno disponibili su Instagram, potranno sia metterli in mostra, ma anche crearne di nuovi. Zuckerberg ha aggiunto che “nei prossimi mesi, (si avrà) la capacità di portare alcuni dei vostri NFT, e si spera, nel tempo, essere in grado di coniare le cose all’interno di quell’ambiente“.

“We are working to bring NFT to Instagram in the short term”, these are the words of Zuckerberg, as reported by Engadget, which draws a line that will be followed shortly, but without going into details of how all this will be put into practice.
The thing that Zuckerberg focused on is that users, once the NFT will be available on Instagram, can both show them off, but also create new ones. Zuckerberg added that “in the coming months, (you will have) the ability to bring some of your NFTs, and hopefully, over time, be able to coin things within that environment”.
